Annual subscription refunds
1. Eligibility
Annual subscribers are eligible to request a pro-rata refund if the following conditions are met:

The subscription was purchased or renewed on or after August 20, such that a material portion (i.e. t least one [(1) full unused month]) of the annual subscription remains unused as of the sunsetting announcement.

The subscription was not purchased using a discount coupon or other promotional pricing, coupon, credit, rebate, or other reduced-rate offer, or any other reduction-like pricing.

The subscription is an annual subscription.
Subscriptions purchased prior to August 20 are not eligible for pro-rata refunds under this policy.
Sunsetting Announcement Date means the date and time of Tusky’s official announcement of the service sunsetting, as published in Tusky’s documentation or official communication channels.
2. Refund basis
Refunds, if approved, are calculated based on:

The unused portion of the annual subscription term, measured from the date of the sunsetting announcement forward; and

The original amount paid, denominated in the original payment asset.
Refunds are not calculated using historical or current fiat currency values or exchange rates.
3. Refunds for SUI payments
For subscriptions paid in SUI:

Refunds are issued pro-rata in SUI.

The refund amount corresponds to the number of full unused months remaining in the subscription term after the sunsetting announcement date..
Example:
If a user paid 12 SUI for an annual subscription and 10 full months remain unused, the refund amount is 10 SUI, regardless of the fiat value of SUI at the time of purchase or refund.
4. Payment method

Refunds are issued in the same asset used for the original payment, where technically and legally possible.

Refunds are sent to the original payment address or account, where feasible.

If refunding in the original asset is not possible due to technical, security, regulatory or compliance constraints, alternative handling may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Tusky's sole discretion, and without creating any precedent or obligation, and does not waive Tusky’s rights under this policy or the Terms of Service..
5. Request process

Refunds are not automatic.

Requests are reviewed and processed in the order received, subject to verification of eligibility and operational capacity.

6. Timing

Refund requests must be submitted by 19 February 2026.

Approved refunds are typically processed within several business days, subject to operational capacity, timelines may vary depending on demand, staffing, operational constraints, and the nature of the payment method.
7. Limitations and discretion

Refunds are subject to Tusky’s ability to continue operating services responsibly during the sunsetting period.

Tusky reserves the right to pause or delay refund processing where necessary to maintain infrastructure, support data retrieval, or meet essential wind-down obligations.

This policy applies only to annual subscriptions and does not modify Tusky’s Terms of Service.
8. No additional entitlements
This refund policy:

Does not guarantee refunds beyond the unused portion of eligible annual subscriptions.

Does not provide USD- or fiat-equivalent refunds
-
Does not create entitlement to refunds for subscriptions outside the eligibility criteria,

Does not provide compensation for indirect losses, price volatility, or market changes in digital assets
9. Updates to this policy
Tusky may update this policy as operational conditions change. Any updates will be reflected in the documentation and applied consistently.
